Device models and stock vary by location and enrollment timing. The phones listed above represent our current lineup, subject to availability.

Is My Phone Compatible?

To bring your own device, your phone generally needs to be:

  • Unlocked from any previous carrier
  • Compatible with GSM/LTE networks (most modern smartphones qualify)
  • Not reported lost, stolen, or blacklisted
  • Able to accept a standard, micro, or nano SIM card, or support eSIM where available

If you are unsure whether your device is compatible, our support team can help you check before you enroll.

Frequently Asked Device Questions

Can I keep my current phone number?

In most cases, yes. You can typically transfer (port) your existing number from another carrier during enrollment. Contact support for number transfer questions specific to your account.

What happens if my free device is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Devices supplied through Phone Link Wireless may be covered by a limited warranty against defects, subject to the applicable device and offer terms. Warranty coverage does not necessarily cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, loss, or theft. If your device is lost or stolen, contact customer support as soon as possible so we can suspend or restrict service associated with the device. Replacement eligibility and any applicable charges depend on the circumstances and the applicable device terms.

Can I upgrade my device later?

Upgrade eligibility depends on your account status, time enrolled, and device availability at the time of upgrade. Contact support to discuss upgrade options for your account.
